Our Mission
MERCOMF is a Nigerian-based general enterprise Limited Liability Company formed in 2023 and approved and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to operate as general contractors, providing a variety of contract and consulting services across industries, production, manufacturing, importing, exporting, and distribution of goods and services, including agricultural products, for domestic and industrial purposes, commercial and residential real estate, property development, and management services.

Nigeria produced approximately 1.09 million metric tons of palm oil in 2023; however, domestic demand continues to exceed supply, creating significant expansion opportunities. With imports projected at around 400,000 tons in 2024, increasing local production offers a clear path to meet market demand and secure higher farmgate prices for growers (ReportLinker). Prices jumped sharply in 2024 — more than doubling in some measures — making oil-palm a high-return crop when planted with quality material and good management (NIFOR, 2025).
